Bassetti Architects is fortunate to have worked on a number of significant buildings within the Pike Place Historic District. Our successful renovation and restoration lies in respecting the simple strengths of the existing buildings and enhancing them with subtle improvements. The flexible space readily accommodates a vibrant craft and farmer’s marketplace as well as restaurants and residential facilities. The exterior and interior restorations required structural stabilization, life safety improvements, and stringent design review by various administrative agencies. Bassetti Architects was responsible for complete architectural services for the Triangle Market, the Hahn Building, the Sanitary Market, and the First & Pine Building.
