Gateway Tower is located in the heart of Seattle’s financial and government district.  The project involved the innovative design of a 62 story, 1,000,000 SF office tower located on a sloped site spanning two freeway access ramps.  The design features pedestrian-oriented stepped plazas, a hexagonal office tower to minimize bulk and maximize views, an exposed structure to express solidity and strength, stone exterior and interior cladding to provide quality, and a sloped glass roof to visually cap the building and provide office space with spectacular views.
