One of University of Washington's historic campus buildings, Guggenheim Hall houses the College of Engineering Department of Aeronautics and Astronautics and the College of Arts and Sciences Department of Applied Mathematics. The building was completely renovated for seismic upgrade; replacement of mechanical, electrical and communication systems; full accessibility; and building improvements for current educational and research needs. Guggenheim Hall's exterior was cleaned and restored while architectural features both on the interior and exterior were preserved.
