St. Edward Seminary

2009 - Kenmore, Washington
Located on the east shore of the north end of Lake Washington, Saint Edward Seminary is listed on the National Register of Historic Places. Designed by Seattle architect, John Graham Sr., and constructed in 1931, its original purpose was to educate young men from the region for the priesthood. In 1976 the building and grounds were sold to the State of Washington and became Saint Edward State Park. Bassetti Architects has written a Historic Structures Report and the first phase of site drainage work has begun.
