Our offices are open and collaborative spaces that foster personal and professional growth for our staff. Our mentorship program gives all employees the opportunity to learn from their colleagues. We believe in creating a work-life balanced experience for our employees. We organize several social and sports activities throughout the year such as Ski to Sea and Ski Day. Our employees are encouraged to volunteer in the community, and we provide paid time to do so. Bassetti supports weekly educational lunches, design review happy-hours, Bassetti University, and a variety of interest groups which are an excellent way to be invested in the success of the firm. We strive to foster inquiring minds, creating an environment where everyone feels comfortable asking questions.
