Beyond Susan’s professional expertise, she plays an active role in our office culture, contributing to events like the annual Gingerbread Competition and Bassetti Ski Day. Her positive, can-do attitude and sharp sense of humor are the perfect complements to her business acumen and professional expertise.

"Lydia excels at supporting clients, managing consultants, empowering her teammates, and fostering a positive and joyful work culture.”

Lydia Dominy Burns AIA, ALEP, has been promoted to Principal. As Director of Project Management, Lydia has played a key role in developing resources and tools that enhance the profitability and efficiency of our projects. A leader in our Portland office, she has been integral to the success of some of our largest and most complex projects, including Benson Polytechnic High School and Multiple Pathways to Graduation.

With her approachable demeanor and strong connections, she fosters relationships with both current and potential clients, leveraging her network to stay informed on upcoming opportunities.
