John Baldauf AIA, has been promoted to Senior Associate. John is a great team member to have on any project. Upbeat and adaptive, he shifts easily between roles and runs his projects with an optimistic problem-solving attitude. Over the last year John has taken over leadership of two Federal Way Public School projects, including Illahee Middle School. He works closely with his team to oversee construction and navigating with AHJs, neighbors, and complicated work in the ROW. He has also championed the intricacies of the new fields project at Thomas Jefferson High School. Through these two projects John has been a trustworthy partner to Bassetti clients, often earning unsolicited accolades.

Dena Eaton-Colles Assoc. AIA, ALEP, LEED Green Associate, has been promoted to Associate. In her five and a half years at Bassetti, Dena has evolved her role as a Marketing Coordinator into a Planner / Programmer, helping lead some of Bassetti’s strategic initiatives. A wealth of knowledge, Dena’s background in education, architecture, and marketing create a well-rounded asset to any team she joins. She has been one of the champions of Bassetti’s Trauma-Informed Design (TID) program, furthering this knowledge and research through white papers, the TID Workbook, and her recent presentations at the AIA National Conference, in Washington, DC. Recently, her dedication to her work manifested in the Accredited Learning Environment Planner (ALEP) certification through the Association for Learning Environments (A4LE).
