As Associate Principal and Director of Project Management, Lydia ensures project management practices firmwide are streamlined and consistent. A leader in our Portland office, Lydia specializes in the design of education and administration facilities for K-12 schools and universities. Practicing architecture since 1994, she has developed key skills to aid owners with effectively capturing their vision, defining goals, setting priorities, and organizing scope. Adept at distilling complex information down to something easily understood, Lydia can be counted on to thoughtfully listen, understand needs, and clearly define a path forward that sets her project team up for success. Highly experienced in managing complex renovation projects that require extensive building assessment and multi-phase construction, Lydia is a reliable team member whose management skills are concentrated on the development and stewardship of clients through initiative, focus, and attention to detail.
