A confidential non-profit client engaged Bassetti for work on several early learning childcare centers throughout the greater Seattle area. The engagement began with feasibility studies on over a dozen existing sites. From this process several initial sites were chosen for build-out. While the design of each space is individualized to fit the existing building, each Montessori-inspired school features daylighting, a variety of learning spaces for student engagement and play and kitchen space. Furniture is moveable, durable, and is scaled to young children.
