Jordan is well-versed in master planning, complex adaptive reuse projects, navigating the regulatory processes associated with Landmarked buildings including the evaluation of historic buildings, planning and educational campuses and facilities, and test fitting school programs in existing buildings.
In addition to leading Bassetti’s higher education sector, he is also knowledgeable in alternative delivery methods, including GC/CM and Design-Build, and believes they provide better budget control, fewer change orders, and time-saving outcomes. He is an able communicator who enjoys building relationships and finds fulfillment in improving communities through public work.
"It is a rare opportunity to witness joy in its unadulterated form. It is equally unusual to watch large numbers of people come together as a powerful team and bring to reality things that only some have dreamed of.
This is what I saw yesterday and over the past 2 years as we have prepared to open the new Stewart Middle School. Kids were entering and moving throughout the building with a sense of awe and wonder, excitement and exuberance. Zeek underscored this with his words of challenge and encouragement to the students as they listened attentively.
So many people, from so many walks of life and disciplines “left it all out on the field” to ensure this school is a renewed beacon of hope for the futures these kids deserve. What a privilege to work with each of you supporting “Every Student Every Day.” Thanks to each of you for your effort is getting Stewart open early. It wasn’t easy, but well worth it. Yesterday, our clients (the students) had huge win! Go Panthers!"
