Michael is one of Bassetti’s K–12 design leaders, working on projects of all scales. These projects encompass myriad educational delivery models – from traditional departmental organization to integrated academies. An innate problem solver, he loves working on complex projects and skillfully balances owner needs, constructability, and practicality. His affable nature and communication style create strong relationships between the client, design team, contractor, and subconsultants. Driven by metrics, he is particularly adept at aligning design with budget and function, maximizing the value for each project. His designs reflect an understanding of educational trends by delivering adaptable schools ready to serve students well into the 21st century.

Say hello to Mike

"It's amazing to see the students and staff use and operate the space, it is beyond anyone's expectations. As we walk the halls, the Lydig family can't help but burst with pride over the effort our team put together. This was accomplished by Bassetti's approach to collaboration and willingness to work with Lydig, the District and all stakeholders."
